Somewhere under the rainbow, way down low,
If you're looking for lowbrow, you've found the place to go.

Somewhere under the rainbow, we are here,
Smoking a cigarette and calling Nick a queer.
Someday our stories, the Feds will see,
And then they'll all come for me.
'Cause with these stories, souls turn black
And give the meek a heart attack.
That's how we find glee.

Somewhere under the rainbow, bluebirds die.
Birds die under the rainbow.
Why then, oh why can't I?

If sad little bluebirds die
Under the rainbow,
Why oh why can't I?
